Application must be emailed to applications@izaic.com for review. After inspection is completed we will need a signed copy with a copy of DL and SS card.

After the hard copy has been received, it will be sent off for a third party company to do the background investigation. They may check references; as well as previous employers, so please be as honest as possible, because honesty is a value we hold very highly. (this can take up to a week).

Once the background has been completed a drug screening will be set up with a trusted local medical facility. This can take up to a week for results.

Once drug test clears, MicFog will contact you to set up an appointment to go over your driver contract, and get a signed copy on file, as well as get you added to all appropriate insurance policies and discus any further trainings or licensing that may be required depending on the Driver level you will be needed for.

Once all paperwork is compleated you will need schedule dates to start your training.
